COVID19 UPDATE - PLEASE READ 2021
Whilst we are back up and running, we are limiting our postal drops to once per week during the pandemic instead of every 2nd day this is a non contact drop off service – Post will then be processed within 24 hours of dropping off and any relevant tracking will be added after this. we kindly ask that you are patient during this time and allow time before contacting us for lost/late deliveries.
We are aware there are delays with mail being received we also are having delays in materials being received so we have opted to upgrade all our outgoing mail to signed with hopes this will be prioritized over standard 1st class mail.
We would ask that you check your Mail/Paypal transaction for tracking numbers so you can check the status of the delivery – If no tracking number is currently showing and the order has exceeded 14 working days please contact us at email@example.com one of our members will check the status
How much is shipping?
All products shipped within the UK are free above £50 – a Standard Rate of £1.90 Applies to orders below £50. Shipping outside of the UK varies between countries between £8-11, fully tracked.
When will the product be shipped?
Whilst we aim to have most items dispatched within 7-10 working days (excludes Sat-Sun)* this can vary dependent on the item purchased as most items are made to order. During busy periods such as Christmas, Easter etc there may be a small delay on the order.
* Custom non domed items we aim to have dispatched within 10-14 (excludes Sat-Sun)
* Domed Items if we don’t hold stock can take 10-21 working days currently to allow for any delays in getting materials (excludes Sat-Sun)
Once sent how long will it take to arrive?
Once dispatched items usually arrive within 2-3 working days for UK orders and 10-14 working days for international orders (countries vary dependant on postal services & routes)
What if my item is delayed?
If your item hasn’t arrived within the time period we would ask that you contact us via the contact form, Please include your order number. (please check tracking numbers on email as sometimes orders can be awaiting collection at your local post office branch)
Do you offer a customised service?
Yes – We offer a custom service. Dependent on the complexity we may require a upfront payment to cover the time involved in the design work.

How long will my vinyl last?
We only use premium brand materials that are suitable for there usage. Products that are prone to scratches eg keyfob skins are laminated to protect from keys etc.
What days are you open for business to contact?
We are open mon-fri 08:00-16:00 We try to answer all queries within 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
Terms & Conditions
* Customised orders or custom orders cut off point is 10:00am orders received after our cut off will be added to the following day’s batch.
* Customised orders cannot be returned unless faulty please contact us. Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for exchange but please contact us first please don’t unpackage them from the packaging sleeves if this is the case as used or application errors will not be accepted as returnable only if the item is damaged when arrived.
* In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item for any reason then please contact us.
* We will try to resolve any issues promptly and fairly to keep all our customers happy. Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for exchange but please contact us first please don’t attempt to use them if this is the case as used or application errors will not be accepted as returnable only if the item is damaged when arrived. Items will not be refunded if they are not returned, or part used so please check all orders before starting to apply any of your stickers.
* Items will be sent out to the address on the account. Please ensure that the addresses are correct on your account or items cannot be resent.
* Items returned because of failure to deliver due to incorrect address or non-collection from the sorting office will not be resent free of charge.
* Whilst we include free delivery for UK orders over £50, We do will deduct any postage costs incurred in the case of unwanted items for example ordering the incorrect colour. Postage will be deducted from the amount refunded based on the cost to send.
* Images and logos submitted for order are sole responsibility of the customer any logos images used are for custom requests.
